Crawdar is a public-web business research tool. By using it, you agree to use results lawfully and responsibly.

Permitted use

You may use Crawdar to research publicly available business information. You are responsible for verifying results before making decisions or contacting anyone.

Prohibited use

Do not use Crawdar to collect sensitive personal data, evade access controls, violate website terms, harass people, send unlawful marketing, or make high-impact decisions about individuals. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits.

Result quality

Web information changes and may be incomplete or incorrect. Confidence scores indicate available evidence, not a guarantee. Source links are provided so you can verify each result.

Sharing and collaboration

Shared search links are accessible to anyone who receives them. Do not add confidential, sensitive, defamatory, or unlawful content to shared notes or tags. Private saved-search links should be treated like passwords.

Payments and delivery

Paid services are provided by Eliott Reich Ventures and billed in US dollars through Stripe. Checkout and bank statements may display TaskBounty or Task Bounty. Each payment is for a one-time order, with no automatic subscription. Approve your list preview or pilot scope and delivery date by email before paying. Use the same email at checkout, or tell hello@crawdar.com which payment belongs to your request. A checkout confirmation is a payment receipt, not delivery of the work. We confirm payment against Stripe's records before starting paid work. Contact hello@crawdar.com about delivery, corrections, or a refund request.

Paid pilot

The founding workflow pilot is a one-time service with a scope confirmed before payment. The stated delivery period begins after payment and receipt of the information reasonably needed to review the workflow. If Crawdar cannot identify at least one actionable improvement in the agreed scope, the customer may request a full refund. Recommendations depend on the information provided and do not guarantee a particular financial result.

Availability

The free service is provided as available and may change. Additional results sent by email require address confirmation and can contain fewer than 50 records when public sources do not support a full batch. Weekly monitors check public sources on a best-effort basis and may be delayed by source availability or free-capacity limits. Referral rewards require a distinct person to complete a real search and may be withheld when activity appears abusive. The founding waitlist offer provides the first three months free when eligible paid plans launch. Done-for-you list previews are free and create no purchase obligation. A complete 100-row list costs $49 only after preview approval, is limited to public business information, and can contain fewer rows when the approved criteria do not support 100 evidence-backed matches. Self-serve paid plans, connected inboxes, and automated outreach are not yet active.
