Find customer pain points in business reviews

Crawdar helps AI builders, automation freelancers, and agencies find businesses with problems they could help solve. Instead of starting with a generic pitch, examine repeated customer complaints and the reviews behind them. Google business reviews are available through a connected review provider, alongside supported public review pages.

How to find potential AI automation clients

  1. Choose your starting point. Search a problem you can solve, an industry you understand, a location, or a combination. Industry and location are optional.
  2. Look for recurring complaints. Explore missed calls, booking friction, slow customer support responses, billing errors, reported security concerns, technical failures, and delivery problems.
  3. Check the evidence. Read the individual reviews, dates, and owner replies. The default finding requires three distinct reviewers within 180 days; you can adjust both settings.
  4. Validate before offering a solution. Ask the business whether the problem still exists and how it is handled today. A complaint is a starting point for a conversation, not proof that the business will pay.

Customer review analysis, with the sources attached

Each scan checks up to three businesses and reports sampled review evidence. You can inspect supporting reviews, consider a possible technical solution, and export the evidence. Some review sources restrict access; unavailable evidence is marked rather than guessed. A search with no findings does not prove that a business has no problems.

Questions about the Pain Point Finder

Can I search for several problems at once?

Yes. Select multiple problem categories, or enter comma-separated phrases such as “password reset, missed delivery”. Custom phrases match literal text in reviews; they do not interpret a full question. You can leave industry and location empty to explore broadly.

Is Crawdar free to use?

You get five free review scans per day. Join the free beta with your email and agree to feedback contact to remove the daily scan cap while the beta is open. Provider capacity limits still apply.

Does this verify security vulnerabilities or guarantee customers?

No. Security findings describe reported customer concerns, not verified vulnerabilities. Reviews do not establish current business impact, willingness to pay, or guaranteed earnings. Check the evidence and speak with the business before making claims.
