Free CSV template

A lead list template built for decisions, not data collection.

Download a clean CSV schema for qualified prospects, match reasons, public contact routes, criterion decisions, source evidence, ownership, notes, and review status.

Included columns

Keep qualification and provenance in the same row.

Company name

The organization being evaluated, not the directory or article where it was discovered.

Prospect status

Qualified when every required criterion is confirmed; possible when at least one remains unknown.

Why it matches

A short, specific explanation tied to the ICP rather than a generic score.

Public contact route

A public role email, business phone, official website route, or an explicit not-found status.

Criterion decisions

Confirmed, unknown, or contradicted for each requirement in the research brief.

Evidence URLs

The public sources supporting the entity, location, qualification, and contact route.

Owner and notes

Who is reviewing the prospect, next action, tags, and human context.

How to use it

Define the rule before collecting the names.

Write the business type, geography, required public signals, and exclusions at the top of the project. A narrow rule makes the list easier to audit and prevents a familiar company name from being mistaken for a qualified prospect.

For every row, distinguish a confirmed fact from an unknown one. Add the source URL beside the decision it supports. Recheck important records immediately before outreach because public business information can change.

Skip the manual setup

Let Crawdar populate the qualification fields.

Crawdar can discover company candidates, reject directories and roundup pages, evaluate public criteria, classify the best available contact route, and export the source URLs with the list. The first search requires no account.
